Welcome to Logan Mill Lodge! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay. By completing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Details

  • Property: Logan Mill Lodge (entire lodge)

  • Location: Westby, Wisconsin

  • Nightly Rate: $1,200 per night

  • Occupancy: Up to 36 guests

  • Minimum Stay: 2 consecutive nights

  • Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in.

2. Reservations

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Individual suite bookings may be available by special request; rates and availability for suites vary and must be arranged via email.

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in.

  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the lodge in good condition during their stay.

  • Any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be charged to the booking party.

  • No smoking is allowed inside the lodge.

  • Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.

6. Property Use

  • The property may not be used for commercial events, large gatherings, or parties without prior written approval.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in respect of the surrounding community.

7. Liability

  • Guests stay at Logan Mill Lodge at their own risk.

  • The lodge owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
